Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Ping, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this service.

Use License

Permission is granted to use Ping for personal or commercial purposes as a landlord to manage rent reminders and payment tracking, subject to the following restrictions:

• You must not modify or copy the service materials
• You must not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• You must not attempt to reverse engineer or extract source code
• You must not remove any copyright or proprietary notations
• You must not transfer the service to another person or entity

Account Registration

To use Ping, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any changes to your account information
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Ping to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Send spam or unsolicited messages
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload viruses or malicious code
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the service
• Impersonate another person or entity

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

User Data and Content

You retain ownership of all data you submit to Ping, including tenant information and payment records. By using our service, you grant us permission to:

• Store and process your data to provide the service
• Send automated reminders on your behalf
• Use anonymized, aggregated data for analytics and service improvement

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you provide. You must have the right to share tenant contact information for the purpose of sending rent reminders.

Tenant Consent Obligations

By adding a tenant to Ping, you confirm that:

• You have a valid, existing tenancy agreement with the tenant
• The contact information you provide is accurate and belongs to that tenant
• You have or will obtain the tenant's consent before reminders are sent

Ping sends a consent request email to each tenant before any reminders are delivered. Reminders are only sent once the tenant has explicitly agreed via our consent page. You are responsible for ensuring tenants have been informed that you are using Ping.

Ping records each tenant's consent including their name, timestamp, and IP address. This record may be used as evidence of consent under TCPA and other applicable regulations.

Plans and Billing

Ping offers the following plans:

• Free: Up to 3 tenants, email reminders, no charge.
• Pro: $4.99/month for 5 tenants, full reminder sequence including overdue follow-ups and SMS reminders. Additional tenants at $0.99/tenant/month.

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically. By subscribing you agree to:

• Automatic monthly renewal until cancelled
• No refunds for partial months
• Price changes communicated with 30 days notice
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Disclaimer

Ping is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that:

• The service will meet your specific requirements
• The service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the service will be accurate
• Any errors in the service will be corrected

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Ping or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Ping, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damage.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ping and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use of Ping after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
